Over the past five years, Living Comfort Group and its associated companies have established a market reputation as a leader in the research, planning, design, development and operational management of retirement, over 55’s communities and special needs housing.
Our accommodation models have evolved from significant research into the Australian housing market for seniors and other people who require additional support in their living arrangements. Sites that we manage provide housing which is affordable, of a quality standard and which offer a range of choices to residents. Sites under management provide fully self contained and fully furnished units, villas and houses along with a range of support services provided in a community village setting.
