In undertaking research, our considerations include:

Population demographics - Living Comfort undertakes leading research to analyse shifting population demographics both now and 15 years into the future, with particular focus on areas with high forecast growth in the total population and the target resident population.

 

Housing supply and demand - analysis of all relevant factors including Council planning schemes, current & proposed developments, household composition, prevalence of one and two person households, demand for different dwelling structures (including dwellings with improved access features), levels of home ownership and financial capacity of prospective residents.

 

Undersupply of accommodation - assessment of all relevant accommodation types is undertaken in the local market including weekly rent rates, sales prices, waiting lists for accommodation and availability of other retirement and seniors accommodation.

 

Support services - extensive research is completed on the proximity and quality of local services such as shops, leisure facilities, medical services and general conveniences.
