Sean McCreanor

Sean is the founder of the Living Comfort Group of companies and has worked in senior roles in retirement, healthcare, international hotels and business consulting.  He has more than 20 years proven expertise in the management of retirement communities, aged accommodation, healthcare, property research, development, property management and business consulting,.  He is actively involved with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) in developing strategies for low cost housing for seniors and retirees and in other affordable housing initiatives.

Between 2005 and 2007, Sean led the Living Comfort Group in the design, development and management of a national seniors housing business for No Limit to Life.  Services delivered included preliminary site research, financial feasibilities and due diligence all the way through site design, development approval, construction, project management, fit-out, legal agreements, sale and tenancy contracts, supply agreements, staffing, site opening and management of site operations (for further details visit www.nolimittolife.com.au).

Prior to establishing the Living Comfort Group, Sean was the General Manager of Intouch, which sits in Australia’s top four home healthcare companies, with national supply and distribution operations servicing more than 100,000 customers across Australia.  Intouch transacts with thousands of aged care, disability services and seniors accommodation groups (for further details visit www.intouchdirect.com.au).
